Westover Gallery is now one of the South West's most successful independent galleries, featuring artwork from local, national and internationally known artists. Directors Calvin Smith and Lee Welch picked a prime location amongst some of the country's leading couture and jewellery retailers on Bournemouth's prestigious Westover Road.
Armada have been heavily involved in helping to build the business from the start, as well as funding machinery for Smith & Welch's other company, The Old Barn Framing Gallery in Sherborne. Armada funded the complete gallery fit-out at Westover; everything from the furniture, fixtures and fittings and lighting to the air conditioning, alarm systems and a coffee machine. The relationship has developed to the point where Armada is seen as an extra partner in the business.
